Raw Denim accepts all major debit and credit cards. They also accept payments through Paypal.

Yes, Raw Denim ships Internationally.
How long it will take to deliver?
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders made before 8 am Monday to Friday are generally despatched the very same day subject to cleared payment through PayPal. During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and cleared payment. Orders are not processed on weekends and Bank Holidays. If you still haven’t received your item after the specified delivery time, please allow 10 working days for delivery (15 days for international delivery), before contacting us to further investigate your item location.
What is the return policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the item purchased or to exchange it for a different size or colour. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach their Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and please keep proof of the postage. They are not responsible for any items that are returned to them in error and if the parcel is lost on the way to them, they cannot be held accountable.

How do I exchange the item?
If you decide to exchange an item, please ensure that you follow their returns procedure by sending the item back with the filled out form. Please confirm the item colour and size that you require. They are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different colour/size for the same value. If items for exchange are not available in stock, they will issue a refund. The new order can only be sent out to the same original verified address. Please note that they advise that ALL Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier. Please do not mark the boxed item packaging.
