In how many days we can return our orders?
They are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 28 days from the date of purchase. They allow only one exchange per item. If the item is still not satisfactory after the exchange, you may return the item at that time.
What if I am not available to receive my delivery?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier might leave a contact card (depending on the type of delivery service and carrier) at your address indicating when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel on the last attempt the carrier is willing to make, it will be returned to the courier depot. You will then have to contact the carrier to make arrangements for the collection, otherwise, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded through your original payment method.
What to do if I will receive a damaged item?
If you received an item which is damaged or defective upon arrival, please fill in the return form and follow the return process; in case of questions, call Customer Service immediately on 00800 53847 501. You have the right to a replacement (or a full or partial refund where replacement is not available) provided you inform them reasonably quickly and within 28 days.
