How long will it take to deliver my order?

Their current processing time is 2-3 business days, HOWEVER, during drops and new release weeks, their processing time can be 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes approximately 5-9 business days to deliver within Canada & the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and DPO, however, COVID-19-related delays are possible and are unfortunately out of our control. Shipping to New Zealand, Australia and the UK has been taking upwards of 6-8 weeks currently. Tracking may not be available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update once it leaves Canada or the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.

What if my package is lost/stolen?

They are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information. Insurance purchased on packages will cover any problems from departure to delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered, the insurance no longer applies.

What if my package is refused/undelivered?

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by the shipping method used in the original order. They will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address. Refused, insufficient address or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and an $8 USD undeliverable fee (items MUST have been received back by RSR in new/unused condition before a refund can be issued). Any outstanding fees discussed above will be deducted from your original total (minus the original shipping fee) and refunded in the form of a gift card. Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.

What is Ready Set Romper's return policy?

BEFORE REMOVING TAGS please inspect your garment and ensure it is to your liking. Once tags are removed you are no longer eligible for a refund/exchange. New and unworn/unused items with tags still attached (Trying on once is perfectly acceptable) purchased online at their store only may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Ready Set Romper must be notified within 7 days of delivery for a refund/or an exchange. In order to be eligible all original tags must be attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. DO NOT return items to them without notifying them first or send items that are returned without tracking. Doing so could void your refund/exchange.

How will I know if Ready Set Romper has received my order?

Once they receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

How will I be refunded?

If your return is approved, they will initiate an exchange/store credit/ or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 3-7 business days (depending on your card issuer's policies + procedures). Ready Set Romper is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your financial institution. If you have questions regarding an already processed refund, you must contact your card issuer/bank. RSR is not responsible for possible transaction fees charged by your bank.
