Reserved accepts VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.

Reserved ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

After your order has been completed (packed) and passed on to the courier company, your parcel starts its journey to the specified delivery address.

Once the parcel has left their warehouse the order tracking function will be available. After this option has been made available you should receive an e-mail with a link which allows you to track the progress of your order.

Important! Please remember that the order tracking function is not activated straight away. This option will be available within 24 hours of your parcel being sent.

You can cancel your purchase up to 15 minutes after placing your order. After this time, this is not possible. Their customer service cannot cancel or change your order either.

There are two suggestions that may help:

• You can collect your order and return it for free within 30 days of receiving the package.
• Do not accept the parcel from the courier. The order will be sent back to them and they will refund the amount within a few working days.

After your order has been confirmed it is not possible to make any changes to your order. You may only cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of your order being confirmed (the option will be available in the MY ORDERS tab). Customer Service also cannot cancel your order after the 15 minute period.
