What is Resort Pass payment method?
Resort Pass accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
What should I do if I did not receive a booking confirmation e-mail?
If you did not receive an email confirmation for your recent booking, please check your Spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please contact them at concierge@resortpass.com with your correct email address and they will resend it.
There may have been a typo in your email address when you registered on their website or if you registered through Facebook or Google, there may be an old email account on file.
How do I change my booking date?
If you would like to change your booking date, please email concierge@resortpass.com by 10 am the day of your booking for Day Passes and 10 am the day before your booking for Cabanas with your Booking ID and the new date. If it is available, you will get an email confirmation for the new date.
If there is a difference in price, they would need to cancel your current booking and you would need to rebook for the new date and price.
Can I upgrade my booking?
Sure! If you would like to change or upgrade your booking to another offering, they just need to cancel your current booking and then you can book the desired offering. Please email them at concierge@resortpass.com with your Booking ID and your upgrade request and they will issue the refund so you can book the Cabana or whatever you would like to book instead.
What is the cancellation policy?
Day Passes may be cancelled or changed up until 10 am on the day of your booking for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day.
Cabanas and Daybeds must be cancelled or changed by 10 am on the day before your booked date as same-day cabana cancellations are non-refundable.
You can also Sign in to your ResortPass account which will automatically give you credit to use towards booking another daycation. If you would like a refund to your credit card, please E-mail, live chat, or call them to cancel your booking for a full refund back to your credit card.
All cancellation and refund requests that are received via email or live chat within the allowed cancellation period will be processed.
If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow hotel specific cancellation policy.
