How long will my order take to arrive?
Stock permitting, orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, they'll send you a confirmation e-mail which means you should receive your order by 1 p.m. the next day. Please allow up to 5 days for international orders to arrive from the date of dispatch. If a delivery window is offered by the courier, on the day of delivery the courier will send you a message by text or email to advise what time they will be in your area.
How do I track the delivery of my order once it has been shipped?
ROX will send you a confirmation e-mail when they dispatch you to order. The email includes the courier tracking reference which you can use to track your parcel on the courier’s website. This information is also available in your customer account.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase and 30 days for faulty products.
