For your peace of mind, Diamond Rocks offers a 30 Day Money Back refund or exchange on orders. Earrings are excluded and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In order to receive money back or an exchange on a purchase, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was when it was first purchased. All paperwork must also be provided. Diamond Rocks will assess the state of all returned items and will issue a refund only once the item has been confirmed by Diamond Rocks. Any bespoke jewelry or items created by the Design Your Own Ring service cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty.
If the diamond you have selected from the Design Your Own Ring service is not available, they will offer you a diamond of equal or better quality for the same price. They will let you know if this is the case and you will not be obligated to continue with your purchase if you do not want to.
Jewellery valuations are provided free of charge with their diamond engagement rings and any other jewellery costing over £1000. For any items under £1000, it must be requested and there may be a small charge.
