If, for any reason, you prefer not to order online, you can place your order by phone between 9 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, you can leave a message on their answerphone and they will reply to you promptly on our return. Alternatively, you can fax your order to the same number, at any time.
You can return goods you have ordered from them for any reason provided that you notify them in writing within 14 working days of delivery (beginning with the day following delivery of your order) for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to them shall be borne by you.
