Safe to say I was very upset… Joshua and Louis did not hesitate to immediately look into the issue but also went above and beyond by going to upper management and fully replacing my luggage. Zipper tags may seem like a small issue, but it is not when you pay 400 dollars for a piece of luggage for the locking ability and warranty, which is why I was willing to pay the price in the first place.
