At the moment, Skin + Me only delivers to addresses within the UK. This includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Wight.

Do I pay on a specific day of the month?

Skin + Me takes payment when you sign up for your first order. Each bottle contains 28 day's worth of treatment, so they will bill you with enough time to ship your next Daily Doser before you run out.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, all you need to do is: Log in and head to the My Treatment Plan section. Click Manage My Order. Click Make a Change and you'll see Cancel My Plan. Choose your cancellation reason, and your plan will be cancelled.

How long will it take you to review my consultation?

Skin + Me's Prescribers will review your consultation and photos and, if eligible, they'll prescribe you your personalized prescription within 24 hours. This is then sent to the Feel Good Pharmacy who will ship your order.
