They work with DPD as their carrier of choice so after you place your order and it has been processed in their warehouse they’ll send you a tracking code so you can easily track your package. The delivery time depends on your location. You should allow extra delivery time throughout busy periods such as Christmas. They do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure, transport strikes, or any other events that are outside of their control and might cause delays in shipping your package to you.
