Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Snuggy:
Snuggy accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Maestro, and PayPal.
They work with DPD as their carrier of choice so after you place your order and it has been processed in their warehouse they’ll send you a tracking code so you can easily track your package. The delivery time depends on your location. You should allow extra delivery time throughout busy periods such as Christmas. They do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure, transport strikes, or any other events that are outside of their control and might cause delays in shipping your package to you.
If your order tracking says ‘delivered’ but you still haven’t received your package, please contact their Customer Service team and they'll do their best to track it down to you. In the rare case it is lost, they'll issue you a refund or ship a substitute again.
They are extremely confident that you will love their Snuggy products. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your order, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund or an exchange provided that it meets their guidelines.
Yes, if you are complying with their returns policy they’ll issue you a refund within 1-2 working days after they’ve processed your claim.
If, for whatever reason, you would like to return your order, simply email them with your name and order number within 14 days of delivery, and also provide as much information about why you want to return it. All return postage costs are covered by the buyer unless the item is damaged or you’ve received the wrong item.
