Delivery is free. There is a £1.99 delivery charge on the free trial pack in month one.
Yes of course, you can cancel your order at any time. Please contact Customer Service or email and they will cancel your subscription for you or you can log into your account and cancel from there.
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. They ask that the goods are sealed and in the original packaging. Please ensure you include your name, address, order details, and a contact number and the reason for the return.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the day they receive the goods back from you. Refunds are subject to standard bank clearing times and can take up to 7 working days to show back in your account.
