Can I cancel my order?
Space NK is very quick at processing orders once they have been placed, they cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched but will always try. Call on +44208 740 2085 with your order number. However, please remember that it takes up to 30 minutes for orders to come through onto the system and will ask you to call back after this time.
What is the payment method?
Space NK accept Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, American Express, Delta Card including PayPal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a dispatch email with tracking information. Please wait 24 hours for tracking details to update on the link provided, as delivery information will only be available after this period. You can also track delivery of your parcel by logging into your online account and viewing your order history or using Check Order facility via the link below and entering your order number and details.
What if my item is missing from my order?
Space NK apologize if something has been missed from your order.
If you can see the missing product on the invoice and you’ve been charged then you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible. If it is a large order then it is likely that it is coming in separate packages.
If the item is not included on your invoice or it does not say that it will follow shortly, then it is possible that the item is delayed or currently out of stock. Contact Space NK and can check the status of your order.
How can I get a refund of my order?
Space NK is pleased to inform you that any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can also be returned for an exchange within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
What if my item is faulty?
Space NK is always very disappointed on the rare occasions that the customers receive a faulty item and they want to resolve these as quickly as possible. If you have identified the fault within 28 days of purchase, then you can return the item under the normal returns procedure for an exchange or a refund. Make sure you let Space NK know about the fault so they can make sure other items are not affected. They will refund any return postage cost on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item. If it is more convenient for you, they can arrange to have the faulty item collected free of charge within the UK mainland.
