Individual customers have the right to return purchased products without giving a reason. Open licences are not eligible for returns.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible within 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of the goods. For the sake of customer comfort, the process of returning goods is very simple: just contact our team, complete the Complaint/Return Protocol form received by email, and send it back together with the properly secured product to the distribution point from which the order was placed. The form must be approved by the RMA department.
Consideration of the case takes a maximum of 7 days. After receiving a positive decision, the money is refunded within 14 days. In addition to the amount for the product, the customer also receives a refund of the costs of the first shipment under the standard delivery option.
