How do I track my order?
All you need to track your order is your order number and the email address you used to place the order. As well as the tracking status from the website, their order. For Royal Mail standard deliveries (the UK and the Channel Islands only) you will also receive a text 2 days before delivery to advise on your exact delivery date and will be provided with a 4-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a further text with a 2-hour delivery window.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
1. For returns into a New Look store, your refund will be processed to the original payment card, please make sure that card is present for the refund. The refund will usually show back on the account within 7 days.
2.For returns to the Warehouse (for online orders starting HY or HM only. Orders beginning HS must be returned to a New Look store). Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. You’ll receive an email when it has been processed.
3. If you paid by PayPal for your order, and are returning in-store, our stores are unable to refund via this method, so your refund will be returned on to a New Look gift card.
How do I select Next Day UK DPD delivery?
1. Add item(s) to your bag and go to ‘Secure Checkout’
2. Select ‘Delivery’, and enter your address.
3. You will see three delivery options (see below). For DPD Next Day, select the 2nd option ‘UK Next Day (DPD Precise)’.
4. Select your delivery date. If you don’t select a date for delivery, this will automatically be set for delivery on the first available date.
5. Continue to payment.
Will the weather delay my order?
In severe weather conditions, their delivery couriers may experience delays in getting your order to you. In the event of any delay, we will contact you via the email address on your order and will update Help Centre with any restrictions that may occur for new orders.
