The IT Bay delivery charges are based on the total weight of the goods being ordered, and your delivery address. For that reason, they show estimated delivery charges on both their product pages and in your shopping basket. The actual delivery charge you’ll pay can only be calculated and shown once you’ve entered your delivery address during checkout.

All of their products are despatched with a plain label by default. There is no identifying branding or paperwork included, which means you can save time and money by directly shipping your orders straight to your customers.

The IT Bay can provide a range of additional delivery services, such as timed deliveries or Saturday deliveries. If you need your order urgently or would like to choose a non-standard delivery option, you can request a premium delivery service via their customer services team. If you’d like your order delivered overseas, they’re able to ship to most countries. Please contact them for a quote.

Together with their suppliers, they work with a number of leading courier companies to provide a range of delivery services. Their primary couriers are UPS and DPD although they are constantly evaluating their supplier relationships in a bid to provide the most competitive and efficient service possible.

They will automatically email you a shipping confirmation email as soon as they despatch your order. You can also log in to your account to view the status of all your orders. Once you have logged in, click on My Orders in the left-hand menu to view your order list. The order status is shown for each order in the list, allowing you to check which orders have been shipped at a glance.

Once your goods are out for delivery, you can expect delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If you are unable to take a delivery, a card will be left and delivery will be reattempted the following business day. Please note, that you may incur charges if they repeatedly try and fail to deliver your orders.
