The List accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Where does The List deliver?
The List delivers Worldwide.
When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?
Once your order has been confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on its way within 2 business days. Delivery will normally take 2-4 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
The List will keep you updated with tracking information. You can also follow the progress in your The List account under ‘My Orders’. If you ordered from multiple partners of The List, please bear in mind that your items will arrive separately.
Do you offer an exchange?
The List is currently not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new order needs to be placed for the replacement items.
Please contact Customer Care for assistance and they will be happy to arrange a return for you, where possible.
What if I receive a faulty item?
It is their aim that every item arrives in you in great condition. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Care as soon as possible. Where possible they will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
What is The List refund policy?
Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner boutique, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding any import duties, taxes and delivery costs. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. They’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with their carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label.
What is The List cancellation policy?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. Unfortunately, they’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a The List partner.
