Tiso accepts all the major Credit and Debit cards, Klarna, and PayPal.

Tiso regret that they are unable to offer an international delivery service at this time.

All their bikes are fully built and go through their own extensive safety inspection tests before being partly dismantled for shipping. Bikes will need some basic assembly (instructions are supplied); if you are unsure or get stuck, please feel free to contact them or call them on 0131 561 2010 and their friendly team can talk you through the process.

If you are concerned that your item may be faulty, please let them know straight away by taking the item into your local Tiso store or by contacting their customer care team. Tiso will try and resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible, but they need you to tell them as soon as you discover a problem.

Tiso offers a 60-day returns policy on full-priced items from the day you receive your product for returns and exchanges. For sale items, you have 14 days to notify them of your intention to return and another 14 days from this date to return the items to them. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You may exchange an item by returning it to any store. Please use their store finder for local store details and opening hours. You can also return goods by mail for an exchange to their return address.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by their returns team, they'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 days of returning your items, contact their customer service team, and they'll help you out.

Make sure you let them know your original order number, which items you have returned, and any delivery reference numbers when you contact them.
