In principle, the production process takes between 2 and 5 days, due to the complexity of customization (remember that these are unique products made especially for you).

Even so, they understand the need for certain orders to go out within 24 hours, so they have added the option to place your order on Rush mode: on the order form, select the "Priority" checkbox.

Tostadora ships to many countries, especially to Europe and North America. International orders to Europe take about 7-12 days to be delivered from the time of shipment, while those outside Europe take about 9-20 days. More information about delivery time here. In the case of a return, put it back in the original packaging and tell them in writing what it is that you would like: an exchange or a refund. In the case of a refund, the amount will be refunded to your credit card if you have used that payment method or by PayPal.

You have 30 days to make a return. Remember that they cannot accept worn or washed returns.
