TravisMathew ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

To track your order, please visit the Order Status page and enter your order number and email address. Alternatively, if you are a TM Rewards Member, you can simply log in to your account and visit Orders in your Account Dashboard.

Orders placed on their website may take up to 3 business days to process before leaving their warehouse. Once shipped, orders can take between 1 to 5 business days to be delivered depending on your location and the shipping method is chosen. Occasionally, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your delivery. Please see www.ups.com for the most up to date status of your package.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after submitting it online. Once you receive the product, you can process a return online within 30 days by going to the returns page here.

Purchases made on the TravisMathew website (www.travismathew.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number within 30 days from the date the product is received by TravisMathew. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. They offer free returns to TM Rewards members in-store or online within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you received a damaged or defective item purchased directly from travismathew.com, please submit several photos that clearly show the defective features of the product along with your original order number. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.
