When will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 4 pm will be processed, roasted and shipped the next working day. If your order is 1kg or less it will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked Services, if over 1kg via DPD courier service. For information on typical delivery times and how to track with Royal Mail, please see here for 24 hours tracked and here for 48 hours tracked Please note, the roastery is not open on weekends. Plus orders may be delayed by a further 24 hours+ during peak times i.e. Christmas/Promotional periods.

Do you ship internationally?

They currently only offer delivery within Europe. They have found from previous experience that their coffee is often held up or rejected at international customs and means the freshness is lost. As it currently stands they aren't able to offer delivery outside of Europe because of the quality compromises it causes to their coffee and service. Regrettably, they are also unable to deliver to Norway for similar reasons.

How do I track my order?

Follow the link you received in your order confirmation email and it will take you to your order page with the status of your order. Or you can log in to your account (if you've created one) and click on the order number in your order history list.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you get in touch with them quickly it is possible, but they can't guarantee it. Because they roast their coffee to order, it's specifically roasted for you and only you (so it's as fresh as can be). If you think you've ordered the wrong thing or you want to make changes, they'll always try their best to accommodate your request, so please get in touch with them as soon as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

If you're in the UK, standard delivery is £2 per order. If your order is over £15 or above 1kg in weight (that's 1 x 1kg bags or 5 x 200g bags) then delivery is free. If you're outside of Mainland UK then your order will be sent via a local courier and the delivery cost will be calculated on a weight basis.
