Their return policy lasts 30 days and starts from the date of receipt by you. The product will be eligible for return and refund when received by them in the same condition as issued and unused. All accessories issued with the product including any free add-on products must also be returned in the same condition. Where there are only 4 days left of the said period you will have 5 working days to return the unit/s to them once they have been notified. Units will not be liable for returns outside of that period. Where a product has been either damaged or has software encryption it will not be eligible.
