Can I track my delivery?
You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number. You can find your number in your order history. Alternatively, you can find the unique tracking reference number on the email you will have received from them. You will also find the link to the appropriate section of the courier’s website.
How do I place an order?
Once you have your items in your bag, you can then increase the quantity by entering the desired amount in the Quantity field. Clicking on the ‘Continue securely’ button on the ‘My bag’ screen takes you to the checkout area where you can select the correct delivery and billing address for this order.
Can I track my delivery overseas?
Once your order has been processed by USC, you should receive an email from informing you of your tracking reference. Use the tracking reference to check the progress of your delivery.
When do you take payment?
Please note that they will not take payment for any item until it has been processed. They will, however, take an Authorisation. This will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds that allocates the money to your order but this will not be released until they have processed your item(s) for delivery.
