What if I receive a damaged item?
Any damages or shortages must be notified to Vivomed within 3 days of receipt of goods. In the event of damaged goods or shortages, Vivomed’s responsibility will be limited to the refund value or replacement of the goods, and no consequential loss or damage can be accepted.

What is the return policy?
If you decide that the product you purchased from them is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to them.
Vivomed will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as they are their original packaging, in a resalable condition and the product itself unused or unworn. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Vivomed, they would recommend you send the goods by a “signed for” delivery option to prevent any parcels getting lost in delivery.
