Wherever possible, they aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days although delivery times can vary depending on which products you have ordered. To cancel an order simply email the order confirmation email to them on cs@gm8group.com with a reason why you wish to cancel the order and one of their team will attend to the matter for you. ‘Bespoke’ items are normally non-refundable, but they might be offering a partial refund at the company’s discretion.

This will depend on the item. If it’s an item to be transported by courier, contact them and they can arrange a collection. But if the item is to go by post, then they would ask you to post this yourself. Please note that they cannot refund delivery charges and some items will also incur additional collection or carriage fees.
