The Little Green Sheep accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Sage Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Returns from UK addresses are free. To make a return, please email returns@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk or call 0800 028 1433, with your proof of purchase to receive your returns number and returns label. Returns from outside the UK will still require a returns number and are to be paid by the sender.
They know that you may not need the items you have purchased for some time; at least not until your little one arrives! Please ensure that you check the order within the 30 days returns period and notify them within that time-frame if you wish to return for a refund or exchange. As long as the item(s) are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition, and if possible the original packaging, they will be happy to provide an exchange or send you a voucher for the equivalent value.
If you believe a product to be faulty, please contact them immediately with a description and photo of the product concerned. They recommend that you stop using the product. If the item has not been used and was purchased within 6 months, then subject to confirmation of a fault, you will be entitled to a full refund. For goods proven to be faulty that have been used or purchased after 6 months, you will be offered a free exchange.
You have 30 days to cancel your order under their 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. Just make sure any goods are returned with proof of purchase, in a new and unused condition and if possible the original packaging, unless faulty.
