Standard postal/delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items unless the order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by them. Please return via the Post Office by the cheapest method available. Please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of return and enclose a note/invoice in the parcel with your details, stating the reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund. If the item you wish to return was indicated as bulky/heavy on your original order please contact Customer Services on 0330 331 0300 for assistance in returning the item.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any purchase up until fourteen working days after the goods have been delivered. If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel your order you will be required to return the item(s) within another 14 days, from the date of cancellation notice and will be required to pay the carriage costs of the return. Original standard postal/delivery charges will be refunded providing the order is returned in full.
