How do I list my items?
You may either upload your inventory listings to Alibris in a database file or enter them individually through the “Add Items” tool. A number of marketplace management tools also have integrations into Alibris for automating the process.
Do you accept international sellers?
Yes, sellers from all over the world are eligible to sell on Alibris. Alibris increases the shipping price of items for buyers of items listed by sellers outside the United States to help cover international shipping costs.
What is the return policy?
Alibris guarantees the condition of every item as it is described on their Web site. If you are not satisfied that your item is as described, return your purchase within 60 days of its original shipment date for a refund. If you return an item more than 60 days after its shipment date, the item will be discarded and you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
Alibris gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and JCB Card for all orders transacted in U.S. dollars. For orders transacted in a different currency, the currency you choose may limit the types of credit cards you can use during checkout, as per the following policies:
MasterCard and Visa process all available currencies.
JCB Card processes U.S. dollars and Japanese yen.
Discover Card and American Express only process U.S. dollars.
