When you’ve discovered all of the things you want, click ‘Trolley.’ Below your list of things, you’ll find a box that says ‘Discount code?’ Put it in this box.’ To apply the discount, enter your discount code in this box and click “Validate.” If the code doesn’t work, make sure you’re not trying to use it with more than one offer and that none of the goods is on their list of exclusions.

Why is Free Untracked Delivery not guaranteed to arrive on time?
Appleyard Flowers‘s untracked deliveries are sent via Royal Mail in the postal system. Because the deliveries are untracked and in the normal post, they’re unable to guarantee that they will arrive on a specified date. If your order must be delivered on a specific date (for example for a Birthday or Anniversary), they always recommend you choose one of their tracked services. They’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or reorder if an untracked delivery arrives 1 day after the selected delivery date.
Where is my order number?
You will find your 9-digit order number (starting 500 or 600) within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, log in to your account and you will find your order number in the ‘Order History’ section. On the evening before delivery, your order will be dispatched from their flower warehouse. You will then receive a notification via email or SMS. You may also receive an email from the courier with some further tracking information. This may include additional options such as changing the delivery date or address.
Is it possible to place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you will rapidly arrive at the billing information area of the checkout as you proceed through the order process. You can use Facebook or Google+ to log in. You can also fill in the relevant fields without logging in if you prefer. Please note that if you do not register, Appleyard Flowers will be unable to save your information for future use.
I have not gotten a confirmation of my order?
If you haven’t received an email confirmation of your order, check your garbage or spam email folder. Please allow up to 20 minutes for this email to be delivered after placing your order, since there may be a minor delay in the email being sent! If you have not received an order confirmation email after 20 minutes and have checked your spam folder, please contact Appleyard Flowers as soon as possible and supply Appleyard Flowers with the delivery address’s postcode so that Appleyard Flowers can confirm that your order was received properly.
