What will I do if I don't know when my appliance will be delivered?

Most stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days to most UK postcodes, although some more rural regions may take longer. Appliance City will contact you the day before delivery to schedule a four-hour delivery window, and Appliance City will call you one hour ahead of time to let you know Appliance City are on Appliance City's way. Items marked 'Awaiting Stock' are not now in stock in Appliance City's warehouse, and Appliance City can't guarantee when they will be. As a result, Appliance City recommend looking for items labelled 'In Stock,' as these are available for quick delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

Most postcodes are free of charge unless otherwise mentioned in the cart. Appliance City's driver will phone you up to one hour before delivery and will place the products in the room of your choice when he arrives. If you have steps leading up to your house or the things won't fit through your entryway, Appliance City will have to deliver to a garage or outhouse. You have the right to terminate your contract if you wish, as long as you do so within 14 days after receiving the items. Your right to return things does not apply to goods that have been personalised to your specifications, such as a door change. If you desire to use your right to cancel, you must keep custody of the products and treat them with reasonable care. There will be a collection/distribution fee for the cost of returning the products. The cost is determined by the size of the appliance. Only the delivery address to which the products were delivered will be available for collection.
