Once your order has been dispatched from their warehouse, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. You will be able to track where your order is and the expected delivery date by entering your tracking number on the courier's website.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Arlo offers express delivery for orders shipping to the UK, these orders will be delivered the next business day from the date of dispatch.
Orders received before 11 am will be despatched the same day for next-day delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders received after 11 am will be despatched the next business day.
My order is faulty, what do I do?
Every effort is made to ensure your Arlo order is received in perfect working order. If you believe your order is faulty please contact their Customer Support Team via Arlo Customer Support page.
I've not received my refund yet, why?
You will receive an email notification from them to confirm once your product has been received and processed by the warehouse. Once processed, it can take up to 5 working days to show on your account.
