Can I return the product?
You can return any unwanted items to them subject to the below conditions in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
*You have 28 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
*Unwanted goods will only be accepted for a refund if they are returned in their original packaging.
*They must be returned to them within 14 calendar days after notifying them.
*You will be refunded the full amount you originally paid for the products and original delivery charges if the whole order is returned. Refunds will be made to the same payment card or PayPal account.
*Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
*You are not obliged to provide them with a reason.

What to do if I receive a faulty/damaged product?
Your right to return faulty or incorrect items is covered under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund or exchange.
*If an item is deemed faulty by you, or they have delivered the wrong item, you must contact them as soon as possible at enquiries@petfoodukltd.com or by phone 0808 100 8885 (freephone) to arrange an exchange or refund.
*You must notify them within 30 days after receiving your delivery.
*If they agree the item is faulty or incorrect, they will arrange an exchange within 14 days at no cost to you.
*If you prefer a full refund, they will arrange to collect the items at no cost to you and they will provide you with a full refund you within 14 calendar days.
*If you notify them after 30 days of receiving the products, they may arrange for a replacement product but will no longer offer a refund.
What is the delivery method?
*They send items by a tracked courier service insured up to the value of £1000.
*All orders are currently fulfilled by DHL.
*You will receive a tracking number by email once the item has been dispatched.
*Delivery methods and timescales are displayed at the checkout.
*Not in. Their couriers will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery. After 3 failed attempts, your order will be returned to them and they will contact you to arrange a refund or another delivery. You can also manage your delivery via the tracking details that you receive once your order has been dispatched, and request to change the date or leave delivery instructions.
What are the delivery times?
*Subject to stock, their products are dispatched the business day after your order is placed.
*They aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.
*By law, they must deliver to you within 30 days.
