Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not already been dispatched then you can email customer services at
[email protected] to cancel your order. Please do this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Can I amend my order once it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. Beauty Works Online warehouse team is extremely busy and it may cause problems. If you need to add to your order then you will need to place a new order.
I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
They are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. Please email Customer Services at
[email protected], along with your order number and one of their Customer Service agents will assist you further.
Can I return items?
You can return items to them within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
