How can I return the item?
You will find the CollectPlus returns sheet with your order. Or simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk/bedeck to obtain your returns label and view the CollectPlus returns procedure. Returns outside of the UK will be returned at the customer’s own expense for the exception that if the products are damaged, faulty or not as described. Goods must be returned within 30 days of despatch. Returned goods must be in an un-used, un-washed, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
Can I get a refund?
For reasons of health and hygiene they cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattress toppers or toiletries unless they are faulty. Bedeck will only refund the value of items returned and a credit will be arranged within 14 days of receipt.
How can I cancel the order?
Bedeck endeavor to deliver your order as promptly as possible, therefore they cannot guarantee that your order has not been processed shortly after you receive your email order confirmation. If your goods have already been dispatched, under the Distance Selling Regulations you may still cancel your order. To do so, please contact their head office at 02838313000 to request a RAN number (Returns Number) for returning your goods within 14 calendar days, marking the RAN number on your parcel. For all other occasions please see their online returns policy. According to the Distance Selling Regulations, as long as you have notified them of your wish to cancel and the returned goods also meet the terms of their returns policy, you will be entitled to a full refund for the goods you have ordered. They cannot assume responsibility for the cost of return postage. This applies to both full or part order cancellations
