Best Heating accepts all major Credit & Debit Cards as well as PayPal payments.
Where is my order and how do I track it?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email that will contain tracking information allowing you to follow the progress of your order. If you have created an account with them you can also log into your account to view the tracking.
How long will the delivery take?
Orders placed before 16h00 (GMT), where all items are in stock, will arrive with you in 2 to 5 working days on their standard delivery option. Most of their products are available within 2-5 working days of your order being placed.
What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you find this is the case, please contact their Customer Services team as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t already been dispatched they may be able to stop it from being sent. If the order has already been dispatched you can return any unwanted items to them at your own cost within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.
What is Best Heating‘s return address?
Unwanted items can be returned at your cost to them within 30 days of receipt for a refund as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. If you want to return an item(s) to them please use the email them option so they can advise the best method of return.
