What forms of payment methods can I use?
Beyond Television accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment they can only deliver within the UK, including Northern Ireland and other offshore locations.
Is extended warranty protection available?
With their low-cost extended warranty plan, they can cover your equipment for up to 5 years. To find out more, and for the latest premiums, simply email them.
Can you deliver to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, they can make deliveries to a different address, but in these cases, they require payment by cheque or bank transfer. Once funds have cleared, your items will be dispatched.
What if I receive faulty items?
A product is deemed to be faulty upon arrival if it shows symptoms of hardware failure preventing its basic operation. You must contact them within 30 days from the delivery date via email to report the fault. It is recommended that all original manufacturers packaging should be retained for returns/refund/warranty purposes, otherwise, suitable packaging will be required to return a product to prevent damage while in transit. If your goods go faulty within 30 days and you have not kept the packaging and are unable to provide suitable packaging for a return you will be referred back to the manufacturer for a warranty claim or you can return the goods to them yourself via an insured courier. If you choose to return goods yourself and goods are received back to them damaged it will be your responsibility to claim for the damage from the courier and they will not issue a refund.
