Can I track my order?
If you have provided an email address, and your order has been sent via a courier other than Royal Mail (please check your order confirmation for courier information), you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. If your order has been sent via Royal Mail, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you have still not received your order, please contact their Customer Service team who will be happy to help.
How much is delivery?

Where there are multiple items in your order, you will only be charged one delivery fee based on the highest delivery charge within your order. The delivery charge will be added to your basket before checkout.

What if I am not in to receive my delivery?
If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, their courier will look for a secure area to leave it such as a garage, outbuilding or neighbour. They will then leave a card confirming where the parcel has been left which will also have contact details to arrange a re-delivery if necessary. For standard deliveries, they also use Royal Mail who may return the package to the sorting office for collection.
What is the payment method?
You can pay for products via our website by using a debit card, credit card, Amazon, Klarna or PayPal, or over the telephone by using a debit or credit card or in the case of postal orders by using a debit or credit card or enclosing a cheque or Postal Order.
Can my item be returned?

If you have paid by Klarna, as soon as High Street TV have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment within 5 business days.
