Why does it take so long to deliver my car parts?
Unfortunately, they do not have full control over delivery times. Unforeseen contingencies may disrupt the operation of shipping companies, resulting in delays. Another thing to keep in mind is that shipping companies do not work on weekends and festive days.
Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?
Your parcel is prepared to be shipped within 24 hours. After the parcel has been sent, you will get a confirmation e-mail. There you will find the tracking number, the name of the shipping company, and the link to their official website. To find out the estimated delivery date and the location of your parcel, click the link and insert the tracking number into the required field. NOTE: parcel tracking details appear on the shipping company website within 24 hours from the despatch.
How can I cancel?
You have the right to cancel this contract without giving a reason within fourteen days. The deadline for cancellation is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform them (Partex Global GmbH, Marzahner Str. 21, 13053 Berlin, Germany, Fax: +49 30 208 478 250, Email: [email protected]) by an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, which, however, is not mandatory. In order to meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient to send the notice concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation deadline expires.
