In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you purchased from them, please contact their Customer Support Team, who are ready to help and guide you through the faulty item warranty return process. All the products they sell have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), which covers parts that are found faulty through manufacturing defects only.
