How to change or cancel your order?
They’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item following their Return procedure. Read ‘How to return an item’ for details on how to do so. If your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, they may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact their Customer Services team for advice. There are some products which they cannot refund or exchange, including certain climbing equipment such as rope. Read their Refund policy for the full list. If you’re an international customer, the terms may be different.
How long have I got to return something?
All products purchased through their website or in-store come with a 30-day returns period if you change your mind or have bought the wrong size. They also offer a standard 12-month warranty, or 24-month if you are an Explore More member, covering all manufacturing and mechanical defects on all purchases. Please ensure all tags are retained, as they must be returned with the product upon its return to them. The product must also be in a new, unused condition and proof of purchase will be required. If you are returning an electronic item for a faulty assessment, please make sure you return the complete product - this includes the original chargers and cables the product came with.
Can I exchange a product?
If your item does not fit and you would like a replacement they have made the process quicker by simply refunding the item when they receive it back, enabling you to re-purchase when you like. They do not currently offer exchanges.
What to do if I have got a faulty product?
If an item is faulty and you wish to return it, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note, giving details of the fault and send it back to them within the warranty period of 1 year, 2 years for valid Explore More members. They will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate once the goods have been assessed by the Aftersales Team. Items should be returned in a clean and dry condition and be free from mud and dirt. They regret that they can only reimburse postage costs if the goods are faulty or if you are unhappy with substitute items that were supplied for an out of stock item. They strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as they regret that they cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
