Curious Egg offers a 30 day returns policy. You can return a product to them within the first 30 days from delivery for any reason. They hope you are delighted with your order but they understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to them.

If you need to return a product to them for any reason, please log in to your account and submit a return request.  If you don’t have an account please contact them at hello@curiousegg.com quoting your order number and the reason for your return. They will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RMA) number for you to include with your return. They’ll process your exchange or refund as soon as they receive your returned product.

UK Delivery

* Standard UK delivery (2-3 business days) is available free of charge for all orders over £75.

* Their Standard UK delivery charge for orders under £75 is £3.95. This covers most items but excludes some heavyweight and outsize products and heavier weight combined orders. Express UK delivery (1-2 business days) is also available for most products. They also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day guaranteed) on selected products. Free sample delivery.

International (ROW) Delivery

*Their standard International (non-EU) delivery charge is £19.95. This covers most items but excludes some heavyweight and outsize items which are charged at higher rates. International deliveries typically take 5-7 business days for delivery excluding some special order items. Orders received before 2 pm Monday to Friday are typically shipped on the same day excluding some special order items. If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Us within 7 calendar days to arrange a return and obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Replacements will be issued upon Their receipt of the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges. They regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
