You have the right to cancel your order up until the point when your treatment is dispatched by their pharmacist. You can cancel your order by calling them on 01603 931600. You will be unable to cancel your order once it has been dispensed by their Pharmacist.
You will need to be 18 to order from E Surgery. This is a legal requirement to make sure they do not sell medication to minors.
Unfortunately, they are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. This is for safety reasons as they will not be able to re-sell returned medication.
They will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. It will take approximately 3-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call them to provide your new card details.
