What is the payment method?
ELEMIS accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
Where is my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the Order History tab.
My delivery arrived damaged, what are my options?
Simply contact Customer Services and ELEMIS will arrange for a collection at your earliest convenience.
What happens if I’m out when my order is delivered?
The carrier will leave a card with options for redelivery. They may also try a next-door neighbour to see if they will accept the package on your behalf.
Can I cancel an order online?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact ELEMIS customer service team. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will be refunded immediately. If your order has been shipped, you will be refunded upon the order arriving back to their warehouse.
