Gardenstone accepts Card payment via Stripe and Apple Pay.

Their website defaults to display prices including VAT; you can toggle to see the prices excluding VAT in the top left corner of the website.

Most products are available on standard delivery, which takes 3-5 working days; however, under the present circumstances, these lead times may be extended. Once you have placed your order, they will contact you to confirm when your delivery is on its way and to notify you if there are any unforeseen delays.

As the delivery is a ‘kerbside’ delivery, they would recommend ensuring that someone is on site to be able to take delivery of your order and move it to a suitable position on your property.

Courier drivers are not obliged to deliver to your garden. Deliveries are made by a pallet carrier system and are known as ‘kerbside’ deliveries. If you are at the property when delivery takes place and are able to lend a hand, the drivers are usually quite helpful and may help you pull the products closer to the property, but please be aware they are only obliged to deliver ‘kerbside’.

Yes, you’re free to change your mind, and as long as your product hasn’t been dispatched, you should not incur any costs. If your product has been dispatched, then return costs will be calculated, but please bear in mind that due to the size and weight of paving products, returning them can be costly (in excess of £150 per pallet).

Receiving 1 or 2 breakages in a pack is normal and fairly standard in the industry; if you have ordered paving, they recommend keeping these to one side for cuts.

If your order arrives with lots of breakages (this does occasionally happen due to the nature of some products) then please report the breakages with a list of what is broken, images and the crate number to info@gardenstone.co.uk

You have 14 days to return the goods you have received. You will receive a full refund if you meet the specifications below:

• The goods need to be in the same condition as when you received them. Unused and in a saleable condition. Only the full pack can be returned.
• On requesting a return, they will ask you to send a photo of the product you wish to return before you send it back including the crate code. They are unable to collect an order if it is not safely in it's original packaging
• You will be liable for any return collection charges, which will be deducted from your refund. The collection charge will depend on the size of the vehicle they have to send out.
• If you decide to swap the product for another one of their products, the collection charges will still apply, and you will have to pay for redelivery.
