Up to 7 days before your activity, you can cancel an existing booking and receive a full refund, minus the booking fee. You can also move your booking free of charge.

Up to 48 hours before your activity, you can move the activity date, subject to availability. This will incur a £5 administration charge. Any requests to move or cancel must be made by telephoning the booking line: 01603 895500. A refund is not possible within the 7-day period before your activity date.

Within 48 hours of your activity date, if Go Ape is operational, you will not be entitled to move your booking, or receive any refunds for cancellations.

Of course, They encourage you to share your adventure. Please be courteous of others and they just ask that you continue to be proactive with social distancing. If an area does get busy, spectators may be asked to move away from the activity slightly, but they will still be able to cheer you on.

You can book on the day if there are spaces available, but phone signal and internet are unreliable in their forest locations, so they highly recommend doing this before you travel to avoid disappointment.

If they have to cancel your booking as a result of staff shortages due to self-isolation, they will notify you by e-mail, text message or both and issue you a full refund. Please be assured that they will do everything in their power to continue to operate. Any cancellation will be the last resort and based purely upon customer safety.
