What to do if you need to change your holiday details?
Crystal Ski know that once you’ve made a holiday booking with them, for whatever reason you may have to amend or cancel your booking.
It’s easy and convenient to update your booking if you need to. You can manage your booking online or give them a call. If you made your booking with one of their Crystal Hubs at the indoor snow centres please contact them directly and they’ll be happy to help.
Does Crystal Ski offer ski insurance?
Ski insurance is vital for your safety and enjoyment. You’ll need to have a valid travel insurance policy, which includes winter sports when you book your ski holiday with them. Crystal Ski’ve partnered up with TUI Travel Insurance, underwritten by AXA Insurance UK PLC. It includes a wide range of benefits, like cancellation cover and a daily benefit if your resort is closed due to certain snow conditions.
What if you wish to make a complaint about your holiday?
If Crystal Ski are unable to resolve your complaint you may wish to use ABTA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards. See www.abta.com for details.
Do I need to provide a deposit in order to book my holiday?
When you book your holiday with Crystal Ski, you will be required to pay their standard deposit of £100 per person.
