Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification by email. This email will include the tracking number, which you can use on the DHL website at dhl.de to track the delivery status of your order.
If you are ordering from within the European Union there will be no additional fees other than the shipping cost. In some countries outside the EU, customs charges must be paid by the customer before shipment is delivered.
Returns are eligible for up to 14 days. The return eligibility date will start once DHL announces the parcel was delivered to a customer. All returned items should be sent in their original condition including the tag.
After receiving your return, they will issue your refund within 14 business days and notify you by email. Please note that depending on your bank it might take a few days for the refund amount to appear in your account.
