Smaller, lower value packages may be sent with Royal Mail and are ordinarily not trackable. Should you receive a defective product, please email them at sales@golfgeardirect.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund. They aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible they shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after they have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.

They offer a 30-day full refund policy. Any return for non-faulty items must be commenced within this time frame and returned unused and in their full original packaging. Returns postage for items that are not faulty must be covered by the consumer and they are not able to refund your original postage costs if you have selected enhanced delivery service.
