Green & Black's is sorry to hear this. They try hard to use packaging which prevents issues whilst in transit but occasional breakages do occur. Chocolate is particularly hard to fully protect and whilst the outer boxes may remain intact, vibration and disturbance during delivery can affect the chocolate held inside. If your order has sadly arrived damaged please contact their Customer Solutions Team using the 'submit a request button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, along with your order reference number and images of all damaged items. The team will then be able to assist you from there!

Green & Black's hope that you will be pleased with your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, including shortages, damages, or your order is incorrect, please contact them as soon as possible and they will do their best to put things right. Replacements can only be made within 28 days of receipt of goods. In the event, a replacement cannot be fulfilled, or at your option, it may be necessary for them to issue a refund.
