Oxfam Online Shop doesn't currently offer the facility to delay the dispatch of orders. However, if you are purchasing Oxfam Online Shop Unwrapped gifts, you have the option of choosing from a selection of opening instructions on the customization page (for example," Don't open until your birthday") and they'll print this on the envelope. Another option is to have gifts sent to your home address so you can forward them just in time for the special occasion. If you choose to send an e-card, you can include a personal message and choose the date you'd like your e-card to arrive.

The Gift Aid scheme is a government initiative that enables charities to reclaim the tax that has already been paid on donations received - increasing the value of your donations by 25%. To sign up for Gift Aid, you must pay income tax or capital gains tax, and you must have paid enough tax in the relevant tax year to cover the amount Oxfam Online Shop will reclaim.

They offer a limited-period no quibble returns policy for their Donated & Sourced by Oxfam Online Shop products sold on their Online Shop. Anything purchased during a national lockdown can be returned up to 30 days after restrictions are lifted.
